I joined H.M.Prison service in 1987 and attended an initial dog training course at Durham police dog training school in crook. I passed out with Prison Dog Ben and proceeded to H.M.Prison pentonville employed as an Officer dog handler.

During my service career i attended the following courses with my prison service dogs.
Patrol initials.
A.E.S - Firearms and explosives search dog .
Active drugs search dog.
I was the local training co-ordinator for H.M.P Leeds

In 1998 and 1999 I attended as a finalist at H.M.PRISON SERVICE NATIONAL DOG TRIALS with Prison dog Mack.
