ABOUT US

NICHOLHAN working type german shepherd dogs are a small kennels located near to Huddersfield in West Yorkshire UK.
The name NICHOLHAN was derived from joining Steve Nicholls and my partner Hannah together.
I have been involved in GSD'S for approx 28 years starting when i was just 14.
At the age of 20 i joined the Prison service and became at that time the youngest ever dog handler recruited. I was still in my probationary period and this was unheard of up to this time.
During my service career i had 2 general purpose GSD's and 1 border collie search dog.
In 1998/99 I attended as a competitor at the Prison service national dog trials where on 1 occasion i was awarded a trophy for carrying out the excercises in the judges view in the most professional manner.
I am a full member of the British Institute of Professional dog trainers with a first grade and after retiring (early) from the prison service now run a professional dog training company called Huddersfield K9 training.
The NICHOLHAN kennels now comprise of 2 male dogs and 1 female.
The boys are called
TERSCHLADS GILDO AT MAYANSER - DNA PROFILED BVA HIPS 12 (ALL BLACK)
and
MAYANSER VAKOS - DNA PROFILED BVA PROFILED BVA HIPS 12(BI COLOURED)
The girl is
AUDIFAX VISION - DNA PROFILED BVA HIPS 11(DARK SABLE)
